LIFT
The Message brought LIFT to Hyde Town Hall. MTS Live delivered the production.
Hyde Town Hall is a great room in an awkward place. The main hall is on the second floor. Everything had to go up in the lift.
The Message asks for an LED screen behind its bands. In a period hall it does a lot. It gives the stage a focal point and makes the room feel like a gig.
Every band shared the stage. That meant a lot of radio mics working in one space, through changeovers, with no room for dropouts. The wireless set-up was built to handle it, so the bands could focus on performing.
